Distributed Process Automation Platform

Power Assure's patent-pending process automation platform is characterized by a highly distributed and scalable architecture. Developed over 10 years, the platform has been deployed successfully at large enterprises like Cable & Wireless and Exodus and was designed specifically for data center runbook automation.

Calculation Engine

Developed as an extension to the company's process automation platform, Power Assure's patent-pending calculation engine dynamically determines how much server capacity a data center needs to support the compute demands of any specific application. This high performance, cell-processing engine was designed to calculate a large number of variables in real time and to determine the optimum number of servers needed as demand spikes and falls over the course of a day.

Automation Agents

Power Assure's automation agents provide all functionality required to fully integrate the platform into the customer's data center operating environment. These agents execute all runbooks automatically and perform all monitoring and management functions, including alerts and escalations. Power Assure's automation agents also allow the platform to integrate with existing data center application environments. The agents' out-of-band management feature allows Power Assure to run its software platform separate from customers' equipment.
