President and CEO
Brad's 20-year career encompasses leadership roles in growing high technology companies in the global telecommunications and data center networking markets. Before joining Power Assure, Brad served as president and board member for networking start-up, Compass Electro-Optical Systems, where he defined company strategy and successfully raised two rounds of funding. Previously, Brad was CEO and president for Caspian Networks, a supplier of high capacity routers for service providers and large enterprises. Prior to Caspian, Brad spent 10 years with Cisco Systems, where he served as vice president and general manager of the Company's carrier packet voice business. He also served as vice president and general manager of Cisco's multi-service switching business (formerly Stratacom) and before that led the development and launch of Cisco's GSR 12000 service provider router. He has a BA from University of California/Berkeley and an MBA from Stanford University.
|  | Clemens PfeifferChief Technology Officer
Clemens is a 22-year veteran of the software industry, where he has held leadership roles in process modeling and automation, software architecture and database design, and data center management and optimization technologies. Before co-founding Power Assure, he served as founder, president and CEO for 10 years at International SoftDevices Corporation, focused on designing and implementing a multi-industry smart process automation platform and integration agents called "Digital Employees." Prior to SoftDevices, Clemens served as chief software architect for Hewlett Packard, in charge of innovative process automation that resulted in multiple patents and various products that helped launch the Company's software business. During his tenure at HP he modeled high level business processes and designed IT architecture recommendations for global banks, telecom companies, and the U.S. Department of Defense. He and his wife currently run a rescue center for exotic pet birds. Clemens holds a MS degree in Information Technology from Furtwangen University, Germany.

Tom Carlson has extensive expertise in leading the financial growth of early stage technology businesses as well as financial management experience in Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, he served as CFO of Optichron, supplier of digital nonlinear signal processing technology. Previously, he served as vice president of finance and CFO, secretary and acting vice president of operations for flow-state routing company, Caspian Networks. Prior to Caspian, Tom served as vice president of finance and CFO for Sanera Systems, a developer of storage area network (SAN) solutions. Before Sanera, Tom served as vice president of finance and administration and CFO for Novera Optics, manufacturer of optical signal processors. As vice president of finance and CFO of video slot machine supplier, Silicon Gaming, he took the company public in 1996 and negotiated the merger transaction with IGT. Tom has also held pivotal executive and senior management roles in finance and administration at Conner Peripherals, Inversion Development Corporation, Metaphor Computer Systems, ITT, and Harris Corporation. Tom earned his BS degree in finance and accounting from the University of Cincinnati and his MBA from Xavier University.
|  | Victor NeeleySenior Vice President, Worldwide Sales
Victor brings more than two decades of sales management experience in communications, hardware, and software sales environments with proven success in building high performance sales organizations at start-ups and turnaround companies. Prior to Power Assure, Victor served as vice president of sales at cloud storage software platform company ParaScale. Before ParaScale, he served as vice president of sales at Evault, which delivered storage software, software as a service (SaaS), disaster recovery, and email compliance services. Seagate acquired Evault in January 2007 for $185 million. Earlier Victor held senior level sales positions at Axcient, MFN, NorthPoint, WinStar, and Allnet. He holds a BS degree in finance from California State University-Chico.

Thi Nguyen has over 20 years of engineering experience in the telecommunications and computer industries. Thi recently served as co-founder and vice president of engineering at Movo Inc., producer of on-demand IP video equipment. Prior to Movo, Thi was the vice president of software engineering at optical networking start-up Opvista. Before that he served as vice president of software engineering for access devices manufacturer, Verilink and earlier with metro optical networking company, Polaris Networks. Thi held various engineering management positions at Cisco Systems, concluding as Director of Engineering, in charge of a 100+ member team responsible for the development of software and hardware platforms for voice services and media gateway products. He holds a BS in computer engineering from California Polytechnic State University in San Luis Obispo, CA.
|  | Jack NorrisVice President of Marketing
Jack has over 20 years of enterprise software experience with leading virtualization and storage technology companies, both private and public organizations. During this time, he has catapulted start-ups including Rainfinity, the leader in network file virtualization acquired by EMC, to a leader in its respective marketplace. Most recently, Jack served as vice president of marketing and business development for Parascale, an early-stage cloud storage software provider. He previously held senior executive roles with Wanova, Aster Data, Brio Technology, SQRIBE, and Bain Consulting. Norris holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BA in economics with honors and distinction from Stanford University.
|  | Alex FieldingVice President of Operations
Alex Fielding has extensive operations management and research and development expertise in the telecommunications, security, network products, and data center space. Prior to joining Power Assure, Alex was CEO and co-founder of secure encryption products company, Ripcord Networks, where his team developed a suite of fully interoperable cross-platform encrypted communications solutions for real-time voice and video communications. Before Ripcord, Alex co-founded with Steve Wozniak, Wheels of Zeus, a venture-funded GPS locator company. Previously, Alex was CTO of TVDC, a colo.com data center company and before that served as west coast manager for Platinum Network Engineering at Exodus Communications. Alex also held engineering management positions at Apple Computer and Cisco Systems. He is a member of two National Institute of Standards and Technology working groups focused on SCAP for real-time secure communications, an active contributor to IETF, and a founding member of Singularity University at NASA Ames Research Center. Alex is a co-author and contributor on several patent applications. He is currently serving on the Board of Directors at both PharmaCapture and non-profit CAWEW and is an advisor to TED MED.
