Thad R. Perry
Thad Perry served as an executive consultant with Accenture for 30 years following his graduation from OSU Engineering and MBA Schools. Thad was a partner for over 20 years and held numerous executive and leadership positions at the Board and global levels, working internationally for nearly half of his career. He is an expert and thought leader in corporate strategy and transformation through technology assimilation, process reengineering and change management. Thad is highly specialized in the financial services industry and financial management areas, regulated industries, and communications. He has run very large segments of Accenture's practice, including the German-speaking countries and Eastern Europe where he managed over 3,500 people and nearly a billion dollars in annual billings through double-digit growth and profitability. He was also a member of the Global Outsourcing and Ventures Board dealing with 100's of new start-ups and mega-projects. Thad has been recognized as an outstanding alumnus of both the OSU MBA and engineering schools, and as a published thought leader driving transformation in Germany during the 1990's. He has continued his career an angel investor, entrepreneur, and strategic personal advisor to senior executives and board members.

Lyman Phillips
Lyman Phillips is a seasoned 32-year energy company executive with extensive executive management, finance, strategic planning, and operations experience with the regulated energy industry. Lyman served as COO for the Elsag Bailey Corporation for seven years, where he directed global energy systems automation industry units, with emphasis on strategic energy systems consulting, marketing, process automation technology, and energy management solutions. Previously, he served as executive vice president for holding company Centerior Energy Corporation, where he successfully merged and integrated The Toledo Edison Company and The Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company. Prior to Centerior, Lyman served as executive vice president with Toledo Edison where he served as a member of the financing team responsible for raising capital to build multiple fossil and nuclear power plants. He also served on the Regulatory Affairs Committee providing strategic direction for regulatory interactions with Ohio and Federal Utility Commissions. Lyman has an MBA from Harvard University and BSEE from the University of Toledo.
